| Q: |
What are the
costs involved? |
| A: |
Aside from the
initial purchase price of the aircraft and the cost of the trailer,
it is essentially a cost-free sport with the exception of putting
fuel and oil in the engine. Your long term costs will be a routine
overhaul of the engine at about 300 hours of service, and
replacement parts such as bicycle tires and breaks. Occasionally you
will want to replace nuts and bolts if you assemble and disassemble
your Para-Cycle often; for example, standard aircraft procedures
dictate that you change nylon locking nuts after tightening and
loosening them three times.
