Can I get a logo
or artwork put on my chute? |

This is entirely
possible. It is done all the time, and can be quite intricate if
need be. It is done at Performance Design during construction of the
chute. It is quite expensive however. The best way to find out is to
send us your art work, or scan it and send it via e-mail. We can get
an accurate quote for you.
That is the
good news, the bad news is in order to comply with the spirit of the
FAA's rules regarding Ultralights (part 103), you can not do the
following: (1) you can not hire yourself out and fly
advertising for another company; (2) you can not be compensated
in any way for flying ultralights.
Better news:
you can fly a powered parachute around with your own advertisement
logo as long as it is YOUR business, and YOU are flying it. (This is
our understanding of what is permitted.)
